S prijavo si zagotovite mesto na kongresu in možnost sodelovanja z avtorskim prispevkom. Prijave sprejemamo do zapolnitve mest.
Za potrebe organizacije kongresa vas bomo približno tri mesece pred dogodkom po e-pošti prosili za podrobnejše informacije o vaši udeležbi.
Sodelovanje z avtorskim prispevkom na kongresu ni obvezno, vendar je zelo zaželeno. Svoje delo na kongresu lahko predstavite v obliki plakata, kratkega predavanja ali študije primera na eni izmed delavnic. Vsi avtorski prispevki, ne glede na obliko predstavitve na kongresu, bodo objavljeni tudi v pisni obliki v zborniku prispevkov, ki bo izšel pred dogodkom.
V kolikor boste na kongresu sodelovali z avtorskim prispevkom, morate ob prijavi oddati kratek povzetek prispevka (1500–2000 znakov s presledki) in v prijavnici označiti, v kakšni obliki ga želite predstaviti na kongresu. Organizator kongresa bo načeloma sledil vaši želji, vendar si pridržuje pravico, da vaš prispevek premesti v drugo kategorijo.
Po pregledu kratkega povzetka vas bo organizator obvestil, v katero kategorijo (plakat, kratko predavanje ali študija primera) se je uvrstil vaš prispevek in vas pozval k posredovanju pisnega prispevka v predpisani obliki za objavo v zborniku prispevkov. Predvideni obseg prispevkov je 3–4 A4 strani, vključno s slikovnim materialom. Sledila bo recenzija prispevka, ki jo bo opravil Strokovno-znanstveni odbor kongresa, nakar boste recenzirani prispevek prejeli v revizijo. Po zaključeni reviziji objavo v zborniku in predstavitev na kongresu potrdi Ožji organizacijski odbor kongresa.

By registering, you secure a place at the congress and the opportunity to participate with an authored contribution. Registration will remain open until all places are filled.
For organizational purposes, approximately three months before the event, we will contact you by email to request more detailed information about your participation.
Participation with an authored contribution at the congress is not mandatory but highly encouraged. You can present your work at the congress in the form of a poster, a short presentation, or a case study in one of the workshops. All authored contributions, regardless of the presentation format at the congress, will also be published in a form of an article in the congress proceedings, which will be issued prior to the event.
If you choose to participate with an authored contribution, you must submit a short abstract of your contribution (1,500–2,000 characters with spaces) upon registration and indicate in the registration form the preferred presentation format for the congress. The congress organizers will generally follow your preference, but reserve the right to assign your contribution to a different category.
After reviewing the short abstract, the organizers will inform you of the assigned format of your presentation (poster, short oral presentation or a case study) and request that you submit a full article in the prescribed format for publication in the congress proceedings. The expected length of the articles is 3–4 A4 pages, including figures and illustrations. Your article will then undergo peer review by the Scientific and expert committee of the congress, after which you will receive the reviewed article for revision. Upon completion of the revision publication in the congress proceedings and presentation at the congress will be approved by the Steering committee.
